Everyone experienced stress from daily life activities from office environment, work deadline, school works, financial problems, traffic, households chore etc. Adult and kids alike are prone to stress due to these factors.

Why stress yourself if you can eat them!

The more of them we eat, the worse our mood gets. The nutty nuts
Peanuts is a good source of omega-3.
Walnuts it can give you a dose of omega-3 if you are not a fish eater.
Pistachios can lower your blood pressure and counteract too much adrenaline.

Rose hips, lemon verbena, and passion flower are also good herbal tea.
